Privacy Policy

Loveboard is a private drawing app for two people. The short version: your drawings are visible only to you and your partner, we collect the minimum needed to run the app, we don't sell data, we don't show ads, and we don't track you across other apps.

What we collect

• Account info: when you sign in with Apple, we receive a user identifier and (if you share it) your email address and name. You can use Apple's "Hide My Email" feature.
• Display name: the name you choose, shown to your partner on drawings and notifications.
• Your drawings: stored privately and shared only with your paired partner.
• Device push token: so we can deliver "they drew you something" notifications.
• Purchase status: if you buy Loveboard Plus, we store your subscription state so it also unlocks for your partner. Payment itself is handled entirely by Apple — we never see your payment details.
• Basic usage events: simple app events (like "drawing sent" or "scrapbook opened") stored on our own servers so we can understand which features matter. No third-party analytics services, no advertising identifiers, never shared or sold.

What we don't collect

• No location, contacts, or photos (drawings are created in the app).
• No third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
• No selling or sharing of personal data with data brokers — ever.

Where your data lives

Loveboard runs on Supabase (database, file storage, and authentication), hosted in the United States. Drawings are stored in a private bucket and served through short-lived signed URLs. Access is enforced at the database level so only the two members of a pair can read their content.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) permanently removes your profile, your pairing, your drawings, and your push tokens. There is no undo.

Your rights

You can delete your account in-app at any time, or email us to request a copy or deletion of your data. If you're in the EU/UK or California, you have additional statutory rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) — email us and we'll honor them.

Children

Loveboard is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll note it here and update the date above.
