Terms of Service

1. What Loveboard is

Loveboard lets you pair with one other person and exchange drawings that appear in each other's Home Screen widgets. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple and must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for activity under your account. One active pair per account.

3. Your content

You own your drawings. You give us only the limited license needed to store and deliver them to your paired partner — that's the whole product. Don't use Loveboard to send anything unlawful, or harassing or abusive content to someone who doesn't want it; we can suspend accounts that do.

4. Loveboard Plus

• Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through your Apple Account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in iOS Settings.
• One active Plus purchase unlocks Plus features for both members of the pair, for as long as the purchase is active and the pair exists.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.

5. The service

We aim to keep Loveboard running smoothly, but it's provided "as is" without warranties. Widget refresh timing is best-effort (that's an iOS platform constraint). We may modify or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service entirely, we'll give reasonable notice.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Loveboard is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Ending things

You can delete your account anytime in Settings, which removes your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
